LIL’ SPORTS CLASSES

Introduce your little athlete to the exciting world of sports with our LIL Sports Classes, designed for ages 3–8! Each week, children will explore a different sport—like lacrosse, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and more—while focusing on basic skills, teamwork, and the pure joy of being active.

Our trained coaches create a fun and supportive environment that builds confidence and encourages development. Kids will learn new skills every session and put them into action with age-appropriate games designed to reinforce what they’ve practiced.

LIL Sports Classes are the perfect way to help your child discover their favorite sport while fostering a love for physical activity and setting the foundation for becoming a well-rounded athlete. Whether they’re new to sports or ready to try something different, they’re sure to have a blast!

PROGRAM INFORMATION

CLASS INFORMATION

  • The program is designed for boys and girls ages 3 – 8. 
  • Classes are once per week on Monday, Wednesdays or Saturdays

  • Classes are 50 minutes long.
  • Spaces are limited – register at the front desk or online!
  • Open to boys and girls.
  • The class curriculum takes the participants through skill building activities.
  • Times & classes are subject to change.

CLASS LEVELS & DESCRIPTIONS

Athletes: (Boys & Girls; Ages 3-5)

The focus of the Lil Sports Athletes class will be on basic skills, teamwork, and the fun of becoming a future all-around athlete. Our coaches are trained to instill confidence in the players by creating a fun and challenging atmosphere that will prepare them for future sports.  They will learn new skills each week, then play games relating to the skill.  Coaches will work with the group as a whole, and individuals on improving skills.

Captains: (Boys & Girls; Ages 6-8)

The focus of the Lil Sports Captains class will be on basic skills, teamwork, and the fun of becoming a future all-around athlete. Our coaches are trained to instill confidence in the players by creating a fun and challenging atmosphere that will prepare them for future sports.  They will learn new skills each week, then play age appropriate games relating to the skill.  Coaches will work with the group as a whole, and individuals on improving skills.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration
  • No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment, as full payments are due at the time of registration. All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A non-refundable annual program enrollment fee of $10 is required for all participants registering for internal programs.
  • Minimum of three children per class. If fewer than three are signed up after the third week, you will be required to choose another time or a refund if the class is canceled.
Trial Classes
  • All first-time trial classes are free of charge.
  • A Field House waiver must be completed before stepping onto the field.
  • Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds will ONLY be given if a class has been canceled.
  • Refunds are not issued due to missed classes. If a child stops coming, a credit to the HFH may be issued, pending approval.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Refillable water bottle, sneakers and sports attire

PROGRAM POLICIES

Parents and Guardians
  • Classes are not drop-off, a parent/guardian must be on-site during the class. For children under 4, parents may be permitted on the field or court with their child.
Behavior
  • Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviors will be dealt with case-by-case and could result in the loss of the privilege to participate. No refunds or credits will be issued if your child cannot participate due to negative behaviors.
Transfers
  • Transfers within the same age group are permitted at any point in the session. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability.
Make-Up Classes
  • Make-ups are done on a space-available basis. Make-ups do not carry over into the next session. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
