Celebrate Your Big Day with a Sports Party Like No Other at Hagerstown Field House.

Make your child’s birthday unforgettable at Hagerstown Field House! We set up. We clean up. You have fun! Our party hosts will be there to assist with setup, cleanup, and to ensure everything runs smoothly, so your guests have a blast. A Hagerstown Field House staff member will be available to your party at all times, taking care of the details while you lead the activities. We’ll provide athletic equipment for the games and basic tableware for your celebration. Enjoy activities on the hard courts or indoor fields followed by cake, food, and presents in the party room. Don’t worry about clean-up; we will take care of everything, so you can just enjoy the celebration!

BRONZE (15 KIDS)

PARTY FAQS

IS THERE A DEPOSIT

Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

WHEN IS MY BALANCE DUE?

All remaining balances and food selections must be paid for and finalized at minimum 7 days before the event date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT PAY OUR BALANCE?

If the remaining party balance is not paid in full 7 days before the party date, you will forfeit your $100 security deposit and your reservation slot.

CAN I SECURE MY DATE AND CALL BACK TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?

To secure your reservation date and time, you must pay the $100 security deposit, no reservations will be created until the security deposit is received. After payment is received you may call back another time to finalize the rest of the party payment and details.

CAN I BOOK A PARTY LAST MINUTE?

Yes, however, party requests made within 7 days or less of the desired party date are subject to availability.

CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL PLAY TIME?

Yes, you may book additional time and space:

  • 30 minutes – $45 for court & $85 for turf field
  • 60 minutes – $75 for court
  • Turf Field Upgrade – $170
  • Party room – $30 per hour

Additional time and space are subject to availability.

HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE WE ALLOWED?

The maximum number of children is dependent upon the party level selected. There is a max of 30 children per party room (yes, siblings count per party room). If you would like to hold a party that exceeds 30 children, please contact the Youth Programs Manager, the facility may accommodate parties up to 40 guests.  The extra child cost for all published packages is $15 per child.

IS A PARTY HOST INCLUDED?

Yes. A dedicated HFH staff will be helping take care of your party from start to finish.

The Party Host is included in the price and if you do not want one, we will honor that request, but the price will remain the same.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?

Only the following items are allowed:

  • Cake/cupcakes and ice cream (dessert foods)
  • Bottled water

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD MORE FOOD THE DAY OF THE PARTY?

You may request additional items day of, but ordering additional food the day of may not be available based on current inventory. If you would like to order additional food day of, please go directly to the concessions stand and place your order and pay there.

DOES THE FIELD HOUSE HAVE EQUIPMENT FOR US TO USE?

Yes. Please select your three activities when booking, and we will make sure to have the items ready for play.

WHAT PARTY FOOD OPTIONS ARE THERE?

Additional food items may be secured ahead of time. For more information on options and availability ask your booking agent when you submit your request.
