ADULT MEN'S VOLLEYBALL

• Ages 18+
• Games will be played on Monday’s between 6P – 11P
• Divisions include:
  • A-Division (Men’s) – High-level competitive league for skilled players with deep game knowledge, including experienced players and professionals. Teams execute advanced rotational sequences, offensive strategies, and defensive positioning at a fast pace.
  • B-Division (Men’s) – League for players with a solid understanding of the game who are refining their skills. Focus on improving rotational sequences, offensive strategies, and defensive positioning in a competitive setting.
• 8-game season
• Best of 3 matches each week (Games go to 25) – 50 minutes of game time per week.
• 6v6
• Schedules for each season will be released the week before season starts.
• Teams must have 6 paid players prior to registration closing in order to be placed on the schedule.
• League Champions receive Hagerstown Field House souvenirs and championship t-shirts

• Register as a team or as a free agent.
• A non-refundable annual program enrollment fee of $10 is required for all participants registering for internal programs.
• If Registering a New Team:
  • If your team is not set up, please select: “Register a Team”
  • Enter your team name and set the registration code
  • Register yourself as Team Captain/Manager or Coach – by choosing the register button on the right of the league you registered your team for
• If Joining a Team:
  • If you are a player registering for an existing team, please select: “Join a Team”
  • Please contact your coach, manager, or team captain to obtain the registration code
• Registered Free Agents (individuals):
  • If you are registering as a free agent/individual – we will look to place the free agent on a house team or an established team; however, we cannot guarantee placement on a team.
  • Any player placed on a team without the consent of the coach will be removed from the team. In all cases placement is contingent upon enough registrants and/or a coach is confirmed.

Check-In

• Prior to the start of each league game, all players must check in with the field marshal and present a valid ID. Players who are not on the roster will need to register or pay the guest player fee at the front desk.

Guest Player Policy

• A guest player is allowed for any regular-season league game. This is a great chance to bring out friends who would like to try out the league but do not want to pay the full registration fee or players who are only in town for a day or two.
• The fee is $15 per game. A guest player may play on any team.
• Guest player fees do not apply toward the league fee. They only apply to the league fees if the registration fee is paid the same day the player plays.

• Rosters will be locked after the 4th game of the season.  No changes or additions will permitted at this time.
• Before the first game of the season, a minimum of five players registered on a team’s roster must have paid in full.
• Refunds will only be issued in the event of a field house game or season cancellation or due to faults attributed to the field house.
• Refunds or credits will be issued due to medical exemptions with accompanying documentation.
• Prior to the start of each game, all adult league participants must undergo check in with the Field Marshal.
