Are you a high school athlete looking to gain an edge on the competition? Whether you’re on the field, court, track, or mat, this comprehensive performance training class at Hagerstown Field House is designed to help athletes across all sports unlock their full potential.

This specialized training program focuses on developing explosive strength and power, which are key to improving core athletic movements such as acceleration, sprinting, jumping, and change of direction. No matter your sport—football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, track and field, wrestling, volleyball, or baseball—this program is built to elevate your game.

Whether you’re preparing for a standout season, a recruiting showcase, or just want to become stronger and faster, this is the ultimate training experience for high school athletes in the Hagerstown area.

Key Objectives:
  • Explosive Strength Development: Athletes will participate in dynamic exercises to increase their ability to generate force quickly, helping them excel in sports requiring quick starts, powerful movements, and high-intensity bursts.
  • Power Training: The program focuses on exercises that combine strength and speed, enhancing the athlete’s overall power, crucial for maximizing performance in various sports.
  • Injury Prevention: Proper technique and conditioning strategies will be emphasized to reduce the risk of injury while helping athletes develop solid foundational strength.
  • Sport-Specific Conditioning: Tailored exercises will target movements and strength improvements relevant to each athlete’s sport, ensuring practical benefits for performance on the field or court.

 

*The Elite Youth Performance Camp is a progressive training program—each session builds on the last to ensure safe, structured athletic development. For this reason, participants must register for the full 6-week session (or all 12 sessions if enrolling in 2 sessions per week option).

To ensure personalized coaching and maximize results, each class is capped at just 6 athletes. Spots are extremely limited and expected to fill quickly—secure your child’s spot early to avoid missing out.

Meet Your Trainer

Meet Your Coach: Will

With over 15 years of experience in athletic performance and personal training, Coach Will brings elite-level expertise and unmatched passion to every session. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NASM and an ACE-certified personal trainer, Will has dedicated his career to helping athletes elevate their performance through targeted, sport-specific training.

He served as an assistant conditioning coach for the Baltimore Ravens, where he gained invaluable experience working with professional athletes at the highest level. Locally, Will has been instrumental in developing young talent, serving as a strength and conditioning coach at North Hagerstown High School for two years, where he focused on improving speed, power, and injury prevention for high school athletes across all sports.

In addition to his strength training background, Will has spent 13 years coaching volleyball for national and travel teams, bringing a coach’s eye for detail and a deep understanding of athletic movement and mindset.
