YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE

The Hagerstown Field House is thrilled to provide young athletes with a safe, fun, and competitive environment for their soccer passion to flourish. Our outstanding program is upheld by professional coaches and certified officials who are dedicated to leading and inspiring our youth. For those looking to volunteer, we welcome you to join our experienced team and contribute to our mission.

Our Indoor Youth Soccer League operates four times a year (Summer, Fall, Winter, & Spring Seasons), and every year we eagerly await soccer season. It brings us great pride to see our athletes thrive and succeed, leading many of them to pursue paths in college, coaching, and even professional opportunities.

In our Youth League, we prioritize sportsmanship, competition, and fun, fostering an environment that encourages growth and success. Our Recreational and Competitive leagues offer a variety of options for all levels of players. Join us and become part of our passionate soccer community!

PROGRAM INFORMATION

SEASON INFORMATION

  • Games are played on Fridays between 6P-8P or Saturdays and Sundays between 7A – 8P 
  • Games are 2 – 20 minute halves with a 2 min halftime
  • Divisions include:
    • U9/U10
    • U11/U12
    • U13/U14
    • U15/U16
    • U17/U18
  • Boys & Girls Divisions
  • All games will be 7v7 format
  • 8 game season
  • Schedule requests are only accepted through the coach of the team.
  • Coaches are required to communicate schedule changes to their players.
  • Schedule requests during the season must be submitted 72 hours prior to game day. Any last-minute request may result in a forfeit.
  • NO PRACTICES PROVIDED. Fields may be rented at a discounted rate for league participants. See Rental information page for more information.

HOW TO REGISTER

  • Register as a team or as a free agent.
  • Players must be at least 7 years old by the start of the season.
  • A non-refundable annual program enrollment fee of $10 is required for all participants registering for internal programs.
  • If Registering a New Team:
    • If your team is not set up, please select: “Register a Team”
    • Enter your team name and set the registration code
    • Register yourself as Team Captain/Manager or Coach – by choosing the register button on the right of the league you registered your team for
  • If Joining a Team:
    • If you are a player registering for an existing team, please select: “Join a Team”
    • Please contact your coach, manager, or team captain to obtain the registration code
  • Registered Free Agents (individuals):
    • If you are registering as a free agent/individual – we will look to place the free agent on a house team or an established team; however, we cannot guarantee placement on a team.
    • Any player placed on a team without the consent of the coach will be removed from the team. In all cases placement is contingent upon enough registrants and/or a coach is confirmed.

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Shin guards
  • Shorts with no pockets
  • Turf shoes or cleats (no metal cleats)
  • Team uniforms

LEAGUE POLICIES & RULES

Check-In
  • Prior to the start of each league game, players will be required to check in with the field marshal. Players who are not rostered will have to register or pay the drop-in fee at the front desk.
Substitution/Drop-In Policy
  • A substitute is allowed for any regular-season league game. This is a great chance to bring out friends who would like to try out the league but do not want to pay the full registration fee or players who are only in town for a day or two.
  • The fee is $15 per game. A substitute may play on any team.
  • Drop-in fees do not apply toward the league fee. They only apply to the league fees if the registration fee is paid the same day the player drops in.
